  Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current one. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

5. When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status:

• Bank Processing Time: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
