Your item must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

• Approval: Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current one. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

5. When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status:

• Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Bank Processing Time: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
